自転車通勤できないときはどうする？
運動のために自転車通勤を始めたのですが、一つ問題が出てきました。
「（会社へ行かずに）直接、出張するときは、どうする？」ということです。
出張先まで自転車でいくことは、諸問題により現実的に困難です。
だったらどうしようか？出張の日は自転車に乗るのをあきらめるのか？
できれば、ほぼ毎日自転車トレーニングを続けたいわけですが．．
よく考えたら、簡単でした。答えは．．．
「朝早く起きて、自転車に乗ってから、出張する」ことでした。
というわけで、明日はいつもよりさらに早起きして、１時間ほど自転車に乗る予定です。走行距離や走行速度を計測できるサイクルコンピュータも買ったことですし、できれば、このブログに自転車走行の記録を綴っていきたいと思います。
